Who is Patrick Williams?

Patrick’s journey into digital marketing was an unexpected one. Born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, he wanted to be a college tennis player after winning a state championship in high school. But life had other plans.

After serving a Mormon mission in Southeast Asia (Cambodia), Patrick found his way into entertainment promotions through a connection from his mission. From ages 21 to 25 he worked on major concert tours with artists like Rod Stewart, Usher and Peter Frampton, managing VIP events and sponsorship activations.

The Transition to Digital Marketing

Realizing life on the road wasn’t his long term calling, Patrick:

  • Got a degree in communications
  • Started at SEO.com during it’s early days
  • Worked with local agencies and big brands like Purple
  • Developed expertise across multiple digital marketing disciplines

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Patrick has been working as a freelancer, building his personal brand on social media platforms, especially TikTok. He creates content around:

  • Sobriety awareness
  • Mental health advocacy
  • Digital marketing insights
  • Political commentary
